1. How Will My Order Ship?
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to be ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. When your order ships, we will notify you via email or phone. We encourage you to track your order online or on the phone, we can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment. You can also track your packages via My Account
. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
1.1 We have three methods of door to door shipment available: Small Parcel, Van or Lorry Delivery, and Crossborder (Singapore only).
Small Parcel - We will ship smaller, lighter items via Courier Service. Depending on how close you are from our warehouse, your item will arrive between 3 to 14 business days (Monday through Saturday except Public Holiday) after it leaves the warehouse.
Van or Lorry Delivery - Before delivery being made, you will be contacted via email or phone to confirm your availability. Upon confirmation, please provide a 2 to 4 hour window for delivery, which will be communicated either by phone or email depending on your location from our warehouse. Van or lorry standard delivery windows between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Saturday (except Public Holiday) prior to the agreed delivery time with you.

1.2 Delivery Documents
Upon receiving your item, please inspect whether the packaging is in good condition. If yes, you will be require to sign off the Delivery Documents to acknowledge your good acceptance.
Before your order arrives in the area, the carrier will call you to arrange a 2- to 4-hour window for delivery (for furniture and bulky items).
For some courier services offer their own additional services with tracking number. Once we send you your tracking info, you can call the carrier directly to get more info or track online via courier services website.
Damage Inspection: Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
1.3 Delivery Options for Furniture and Bulky Item
1.3.1 Standard Delivery - Door to Door Services with NO Assembly Service or Off-Site Assembly Service ( Assemly at DelimaHome warehouse)
Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold. If you live in an apartment above the first floor of a building, additional floor will be charged RM30. E.g. You are at 5th Floor, 4 Additional Floor x RM30 = RM120. * Please contact us
Optional: Important Notes
Assembly Service: We will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). Off-Site Assembly Service (assembly at Delima Home warehouse) subject for charges, RM30 per item and only applicable for small furniture * Please contact us

1.3.2 Door to Door Delivery with NO Assembly Service or On-Site Assembly Service ( Assembly at Customer resident)

*Assembly Service not applicable to Sabah, Sarawak and Singapore. Products delivered will be in original packaging.

2. When Will My Order Arrive?
2.1 Every product on our site has an estimated Ship Time - the number of business days (Monday to Friday except Public Holiday) it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment to Delima Home warehouse. Each Ship time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped within 3 days. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 2- 4 weeks). Each product page on our site includes the estimated Shipping Time, e.g 7 - 14 days," to give you an idea how quickly your order will leave the warehouse.
2.2 For Small Parcel shipments, delivery usually takes between 3 and 7 business days (Monday to Saturday except Public Holiday) after your order is picked up from the warehouse. You should remember that the estimated Shipping Time still applies before the item ships out. Be sure to consult the product's Shipping Time before you order or, you can contact us
if you have any questions or concerns.
2.3 For Van or Lorry shipments, delivery usually takes between 7 and 21 days (Monday to Saturday except Public Holiday) from when your order ships from our warehouse. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment before your order arrives at the local guard post. For commercial deliveries, no appointment will be made. 3. Tracking Orders
3.2 If you have more than one order that has shipped, select the specific order number that you'd like to track items from. If the items you'd like to track what have been shipped, the order status will be displayed for you there.
